Day-Of Plus Package

 

For the Bride who is comfortable planning most of       her wedding but wants to relax and enjoy her Wedding Day.  To have an experienced Wedding Planner by your side during planning, at the rehearsal and handling all the wedding day details,

our Day-Of Plus Package is perfect for you.

Our Day-Of Plus Package includes more advice and referral services than most Wedding Planners.  Our philosophy is … the more input we have earlier on, the smoother the wedding day will go. ​  

 

Our Day-Of Package includes

  • meeting with you right away to discuss all the details you've planned

  •  getting copies of all your contracts to review

  • creating a Timeline and To-Do List

  • giving you any vendor referrals and advice you may still need 

  • unlimited e-mails, texts, and phone calls and meet with you whenever appropriate

  • a site visit with you 

  • contacting the venues and all your vendors to discuss timeline and details at the appropriate time

  • attending and coordinating the rehearsal with your officiant

  • running your day according to the plan and timeline

  • working closely with your venue coordinator and band/DJ MC

  • packing up all your items and gifts, ready to load into someone's car at the end of the evening.

Platinum Full-Service Package

 

Full-Service Wedding Planning

from start to finish.

For the Bride who wants the advice and guidance of a seasoned Wedding Planner, we offer the Full-Service Platinum Package.  Perfect for the busy professional or the out-of-town Bride.  

 

The package includes everything in the Day-Of Plus Package plus unlimited phone calls and e-mails and the following:

  

Reneé and her staff will

  • determine exactly the Wedding you're dreaming of and develop the plan

  • guide you in choosing the Ceremony and Reception Sites ... and touring sites with you

  • guide you in selecting and hiring Vendors like the Invitations, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Music, Caterer, Cake, Transportation, Hotels ... and attending those meetings with you

  • determine the availability of, recommend, and arrange meetings with only tried and true vendors who fit your needs

  • attend all meetings with you or on your behalf

  • review and negotiate contracts and coordinate deposits and payment schedules

  • follow through on all details with vendors and venues

  • attend and coordinate your Rehearsal (along with the officiate) , ensuring that everyone knows where they are to be and when

  • manage set-up, coordinate the ceremony and reception according to the plan on the wedding day

  • coordinating the Rehearsal Dinner or other related events would be at an additional cost of 10% of the budget, min $300

Custom Diamond Package

A Custom Package for the Bride who's comfortable doing some of the planning herself.   If the Platinum Package or Day-Of Plus Package doesn't meet your needs, we'll put together a custom package just for you.
