LINDSAY & JAY
The Bride's beautiful family home in
Kirkwood was the perfect setting for this
grand 'Father of the Bride' wedding on
August 1, 2009.  Two dinner tents, a
festive dance tent, and elaborate decor
were installed to accommodate nearly
250 guests for cocktails, dinner and
dancing after the Ceremony at Memorial
Presbyterian Church.

After light showers early in the day,
guests enjoyed perfect unseasonably
cool August temperatures.
The buttercup yellow theme was carried
throughout the wedding from the invitations
and bridal attendant's summer dresses to
the cake, lanterns in the dance tent, and the
flowers.  Yellow and orange roses and
greenery adorned the guest tables, head
table chairs, tent draping as well as the
sheppards' hooks that lined the front walk
way.  And, the center dance floor tent as
laden with white and yellow lanterns.
After dining on Tenderloin and Salmon, guests danced
and celebrated into the night.  At the end of the evening,
the bouquet toss from the front foyer was followed by a
dramatic sparkler departure down the front walk.
